OUR TEAM

Ana McDuffy
Office Manager
Ana McDuffy is the office manager for both offices. Her husband, Scott McDuffy, is the attorney, and they have been married for over 10 years. Ana has proudly called Hendersonville home for more than 31 years and is a devoted mother of two. She enjoys gardening, scrapbooking, and spending quality time with her family.
Ana has a strong passion for working in real estate and finds great fulfillment in guiding clients through one of the most important financial and personal decisions of their lives. She values being part of the home-buying and selling process, helping ensure each transaction is smooth, informed, and meaningful for the families she serves.

Courtney Carotenuto
Pre Closing Paralegal
Courtney Carotenuto serves as a Pre Closing Paralegal at the firm, where she is valued for her dedication, dependability, and strong attention to detail. She works closely with the team to prepare files with care and precision, helping ensure each transaction is set up for a smooth and successful closing. Courtney is passionate about supporting clients during an important stage of the real estate process and takes pride in being someone others can count on.
When she is not in the office, Courtney enjoys reading, spending time with her husband Andrew and their dog Percy, and soaking in the beauty of mountain life. She feels grateful to live in a place that reflects her love of nature, community, and a slower, more intentional pace.

Lianne Duscio
Pre Closing Paralegal
Lianne Duscio is a dedicated professional at the firm, known for her reliability, strong organizational skills, and commitment to supporting her colleagues and clients with care and professionalism.
Outside of work, she enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors, and pursuing creative, hands-on projects, while valuing meaningful relationships, clear communication, and intentional living both personally and professionally.

Patricia Doerseln
Client Intake Paralegal
Having lived in many different states, Patricia finds North Carolina to be particularly pleasing with its variety of offerings. While hiking, she is in awe of the abundance of wildlife, waterfalls, and mountains. A friend and “garden angel” has inspired her to attempt and enjoy gardening, despite challenges due to the crazy weather and her brown thumb. Indoors, she loves great food, so she experiments with cooking while being a slave to her cats and parrots. She loves the arts and will occasionally indulge in the local shops and playhouses.
Real estate is in her blood. She enjoys it immensely and has worked in different capacities over the years.
